Bobby Gonzalez is a passionate, dedicated, and results-driven Civil Trial Attorney with over 10 years of experience in the legal field. He has made it his mission to represent injured clients and has a wide range of experience, including complex and life-altering injuries. Bobby knows the impact of an injury on one’s life from personal experience. In 2016, he was diagnosed with Osteomyelitis and spent 2 weeks in the hospital, underwent 3 surgeries, and lost the ability to walk for over 10 months due to sepsis.

Today, Bobby uses his experiences to be a powerful advocate for the injured. He has the unique ability to understand his clients’ perspectives, which allows him to create effective legal representation strategies. Bobby has a proven track record of delivering successful outcomes and was accepted into the prestigious Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum in 2017.

Bobby holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Florida International University and a Juris Doctorate Degree from Nova Southeastern University, where he received the CALI Book Award in Torts for achieving the highest grade in the class. He has honed his skills through a variety of roles in large law firms and in-house environments.

Bobby has a deep understanding of the complex laws surrounding personal injury cases and a track record of securing substantial settlements and verdicts for his clients. He is known for his expertise in the automotive collision repair industry, unwavering commitment, attention to detail, and ability to effectively communicate clients’ stories to juries and insurance companies. He has successfully handled a wide range of personal injury cases, including car accidents, medical malpractice, product liability, and wrongful death claims. He also has expertise in negotiating with insurance companies and helping clients obtain fair compensation for their injuries.

Aside from his legal practice, Bobby is a philanthropic individual who is committed to giving back to the community. He previously served as the President of the Rotary Club of Lake Worth Beach and continues to support various charitable organizations. In addition, Bobby holds a position as a Councilman in the Town of Lake Clarke Shores and is an active member of the Florida League of Cities, where he sits on the Land Use & Economic Development Committee. He has gained recognition as a knowledgeable speaker on personal injury law and the automotive repair industry, and is widely respected within the legal community.

When he is not practicing law, Bobby is a loving husband and father and enjoys spending time with his family, flying, traveling, boating, scuba diving, DJing for charities, and playing tennis. He is dedicated to helping injury victims and their families through what can be a challenging time in their lives.

Alexander G. Cubas

Real Estate Law and Title Insurance

Alexander G. Cubas is the founding shareholder of Alexander G. Cubas P.A. – Cubas Law. Mr. Cubas has been serving South Florida for over 20 years and he specializes in Real Estate Law and Title Insurance.

Mr. Cubas received a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and American History from the University of Miami, in Coral Gables, Florida in 1988 and his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami, School of Law, in Coral Gables, Florida in 1995. He is admitted to practice law in the State of Florida.

Mr. Cubas is a member of several professional organizations, including the Florida Bar Association, the Real Property Probate and Trust Section of the Florida Bar, and the Attorneys’ Real Estate Council of Miami-Dade County, Florida.

Christopher A. Sotillo, ESQ.

Mr. Sotillo previously specialized in defending employers, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators in matters involving workers’ compensation, personal injury, and property for 8 years. Mr. Sotillo brings this experience in helping the injured and aggrieved. In addition, Mr. Sotillo specializes in Real Estate, Title Insurance, and Auto Body disputes.

Mr. Sotillo serves as Co-Vice Chair for the Palm Beach County/Treasure Coast chapter of the Friends of the 440, a nonprofit organization that raises scholarship funds for the children of employees injured on the job. He also previously served as the Recording Secretary and remains an elected board member for the Palm Beach County Hispanic Bar Association.

A West Palm Beach native, Chris earned his Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University School of Law and holds an undergraduate degree in Marketing from the University of Central Florida.
